Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday shared his ‘My Modi Story’ on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, recalling his first meeting with him in Jhansi and highlighting his discipline, dedication, and leadership qualities.

Singh said he witnessed the Prime Minister’s brilliance early on during party work and praised his sense of accountability. “From 2006, when I was national president, I met him multiple times. His suggestions were always valuable. As soon as an election campaign concluded, he would come to me and say, ‘President sir, I am here to give my report card, I have finished my campaign work,’” Singh recalled in a video posted on X.

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also shared his memories, recounting their meeting during the Ekta Yatra led by Murli Manohar Joshi in 1991. “At that time, I observed Modi ji closely as he worked with determination during the movement to unfurl the national flag at Srinagar’s Lal Chowk despite terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir,” Chouhan said, while extending birthday wishes.

Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia also greeted the Prime Minister, describing him as an inspiration devoted to Antyodaya (upliftment of the last person in society). “I pray to Baba Mahakal that you be blessed with good health and a long life,” he posted.

Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched a 15-day nationwide campaign, Seva Pakhwada, to commemorate the Prime Minister’s milestone birthday. The initiative includes blood donation drives, cleanliness campaigns, and exhibitions showcasing the government’s achievements.
