Devotees are flocking to the Mahakumbh Mela Kshetra in Prayagraj to take a sacred dip in the Triveni Sangam, an event of immense spiritual significance.

As of now, more than 410 million devotees have participated in the holy dip at Mahakumbh 2025.

On Saturday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, along with Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma, took a holy dip together at the Triveni Sangam. After their sacred immersion, both leaders greeted each other, sharing a moment of spiritual reverence at the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers.

Speaking to ANI after the ritual, CM Yadav said, “The Sangam is blessed by Maa Ganga and Maa Yamuna, and Prayagraj is the supreme place of all pilgrimages. The pleasure of taking a holy dip here is a reward of virtues accumulated over many lifetimes. I prayed for the well-being of Madhya Pradesh’s people, especially for the youth, and for the prosperity of every section of society.”

In a heartfelt post on X, CM Yadav shared, “Today, I took a dip with my wife at the sacred Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj Mahakumbh and worshipped the flowing rivers. It filled me with a sense of divinity. I pray that the flow of Maa Ganga, Maa Yamuna, and Maa Saraswati remains uninterrupted for eternity and that everyone is blessed.”

Mahakumbh 2025, which began on Paush Purnima (January 13), is the world’s largest spiritual and cultural gathering, drawing devotees from every corner of the globe.
