In a fiery and emotionally charged address in Bikaner, Rajasthan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday sent a resounding message to Pakistan in the wake of Operation Sindoor, asserting that every drop of innocent Indian blood will be avenged. “There is no blood flowing in Modi’s veins, but hot Sindoor,” he declared, symbolising rage, sacrifice, and national pride.
Taking a hardline stance, PM Modi declared a complete policy shift in India’s approach toward Pakistan. “Now there will be neither trade nor talk with Pakistan. If there is any talk, it will be only about Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir,” he said. He reiterated that India will extract a heavy price for every terrorist act. “Pakistan’s army, its economy—both will pay. This is not revenge, it is justice. This is Operation Sindoor. This is the Raudra Roop of New India.”
Referring to the Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, where 26 lives were lost, Modi accused terrorists of trying to wipe off the sindoor (vermilion) of Indian women. “Those who tried to erase Sindoor have been reduced to dust. Those who shed Indian blood have been accounted for—drop by drop. Those who flaunted weapons are now buried under rubble,” he asserted.
Hailing the Indian Armed Forces, PM Modi revealed that the government gave them a free hand, and they delivered with surgical precision, bringing Pakistan to its knees. “Together, our forces created such a Chakravyuh that Pakistan was forced to surrender,” he said. He painted Operation Sindoor as a strategic, retaliatory strike with moral clarity and military might.
In a significant geopolitical message, Modi referenced the suspension of the Indus Water Treaty. “Pakistan will not get a single drop of water from India’s share. The days of playing with Indian blood are over. If they continue this path, they’ll be left begging for every last penny,” he warned, hinting at both economic and ecological pressure as tools of counterterrorism.
Speaking from Rajasthan’s borderland, which he called the “Veerbhoomi” (land of the brave), PM Modi invoked the spirit of national unity and sacrifice. He reminded citizens that “India is no longer the country that tolerates terror—it is the New India that responds with full force.”
Operation Sindoor, launched on May 7, was a direct retaliation for the Pahalgam attack. It saw precision strikes on terror hideouts in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, aimed at dismantling terror infrastructure and sending a clear international message.
Through this speech, PM Modi redefined India’s terror doctrine—one that combines military action, economic pressure, and diplomatic clarity. His rhetoric of “hot Sindoor” captures the mood of a nation that is angry, united, and unapologetically assertive in its fight against terrorism.
