A fire that broke out in a house in Dwarka Sector 16, Azad Nagar, early Tuesday morning was successfully extinguished with the help of eight fire tenders, officials confirmed. The blaze caused significant damage to two vehicles, a grocery shop, and domestic items on the ground floor. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
In a separate incident last week, a fire erupted at an e-rickshaw warehouse in the Goyla Dairy area of Delhi’s Najafgarh, affecting more than 100 e-rickshaws. The Delhi Fire Service deployed four fire tenders to bring the situation under control.
Additionally, on February 16, a fire broke out in plastic scrap on the ground floor of a building in Delhi’s Shahzada Bagh area. The Delhi Fire Service responded promptly, containing the blaze with the assistance of two fire tenders.
Authorities continue to monitor fire safety measures across the city to prevent further incidents and ensure public safety.
