Actor Saif Ali Khan sustained minor injuries following an altercation with an unidentified individual who entered his Mumbai residence late Wednesday night.
The incident reportedly began when the intruder got into an argument with the actor’s maid. Saif Ali Khan, attempting to defuse the situation, intervened, which led to the individual becoming aggressive. A scuffle ensued, leaving the actor with minor injuries.
Mumbai Police have launched an investigation into the matter. Deputy Commissioner of Police Dixit Gedam stated, “The actor and the intruder were involved in a scuffle. The actor sustained injuries and is being treated. The investigation is ongoing.”
Saif Ali Khan was promptly attended to and admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai for treatment. His injuries are not serious, and he is expected to recover soon.
On the professional front, Saif was last seen in Devara Part 1, released in September 2024. The action-packed drama, also starring Jr. NTR and Janhvi Kapoor, was a multilingual release in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
The actor is set to appear in the upcoming heist thriller Jewel Thief – The Red Sun Chapter, directed by Robbie Grewal. The film will feature an intense showdown between Saif’s character and that of Jaideep Ahlawat, promising a gripping cinematic experience.
