Mumbai Police arrested a man in Thane during the early hours of Sunday for allegedly attacking actor Saif Ali Khan at his Bandra residence. The incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday when Khan was stabbed multiple times in his apartment.

The actor sustained major injuries, including stab wounds to his thoracic spine, and was rushed to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital for treatment.

According to the hospital administration, Saif underwent surgery to remove a 2.5-inch-long blade from his body. The procedure was successful, and the actor has been moved from the ICU to a regular room. While he is “out of danger,” medical staff are closely monitoring his recovery.
