Rajkummar Rao is giving fans a dose of humor with his latest Instagram post, showcasing a hilarious deleted scene from his hit film ‘Stree 2’. Despite the film’s tremendous success at the box office, this particular scene, which features Rao in an outlandish outfit, was left on the cutting room floor.
In the post, Rao shares two snapshots of himself in a shiny blue skirt, a red top, a glittery golden jacket, high heels, and a striking fringe-cut wig. The ensemble is topped off with bright red lipstick. One photo captures him in a glamorous pose, while another shows him playfully interacting with director Amar Kaushik.

Rao expressed his fondness for the scene in his caption, hinting at its comedic value and asking fans if they’d like to see it included in the film. He wrote, “#Stree2 One of my favourite and funniest scenes from the film which didn’t make it to the Final Cut. Kya aap log dekhna chahte hain ye scene film mein? Aap sab batao? @amarkaushik.”
The film, which stars Shraddha Kapoor alongside Rao, hit theaters on August 15 and quickly outpaced its competitors, ‘Khel Khel Mein’ and ‘Vedaa’, at the box office. Directed by Amar Kaushik, ‘Stree 2’ also features a special cameo by Varun Dhawan. The original ‘Stree’, released in 2018 featuring Rajkummar Rao, was a major hit, setting high expectations for its sequel.
