Lily Collins’ hit series ‘Emily in Paris’ is officially set to return for a fifth season, much to the delight of fans. Collins, who stars as the charming Emily Cooper, made the exciting announcement through her Instagram. Along with a couple of photos showcasing her holding a cup emblazoned with the show’s logo, Collins captioned the post: “It’s official: EMILY IN PARIS is coming back for Season 5!”

The beloved romantic comedy-drama, created by Darren Star, has captivated audiences with its delightful blend of fashion, romance, and drama. Collins plays Emily Cooper, an American marketing executive who navigates the ups and downs of life in Paris.

The show’s fourth season continues to win viewers over, with the second half of the season recently launching on Netflix. This new batch of episodes sees Emily making a fashionable leap from Paris to Rome, marking a fresh shift in the series’ style and scenery.

In a recent chat with ‘People’ magazine, Collins shared her excitement about a standout outfit from the latest episodes. “One of my favorite looks from the new episodes is towards the end, where Emily wears a vintage Alaia skirt with a white collared shirt, flats, and a chic little scarf,” Collins revealed. She noted that this outfit marked a noticeable shift from her character’s previous Parisian style, embracing a more Italian, vacation-ready vibe.

Fans will also notice a nod to classic Hollywood fashion in the season’s wardrobe. Collins mentioned that some of Emily’s new looks are reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn’s iconic outfits from films like ‘Roman Holiday’. “Marylin Fitoussi, our costume designer, always draws inspiration from classic fashion moments, but she adds an Emily twist,” Collins explained. “We wanted to pay homage to these timeless styles while keeping Emily’s unique flair.”

Season 4, Part 2 of ‘Emily in Paris’ is now available on Netflix, offering a delightful mix of stylish ensembles and heartfelt drama set against the stunning backdrop of Rome.
