On the second day of his official visit to the UAE, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav attended a breakfast briefing hosted by Indian Consul General Satish Kumar Sivan in Dubai, aiming to deepen business and investment ties between Madhya Pradesh and the Gulf region.
The visit is part of the “Global Dialogue 2025” initiative, which focuses on attracting global investment, fostering technology exchange, and creating employment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh.
During the morning session, discussions covered strategic partnerships between business groups from the UAE and Madhya Pradesh, sector-specific roundtables in EVs, textiles, agriculture, tourism, and logistics, as well as policy support for MP-based MSMEs.
The Chief Minister’s Office stated on X, “CM Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in a Breakfast Briefing… to discuss deeper collaboration across key sectors, and support MSMEs through policy-driven initiatives.”
Key points discussed also included pilot projects in food and renewable energy with the I2U2 Secretariat, EV and solar skilling partnerships, and plans to host a Global Demo Day to showcase MP startups and MSMEs to international investors.
Yadav’s itinerary includes meetings with major business leaders and organisations such as:
- PK Gulati, Chairman of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), to promote startups
- Emirates Airlines, to explore expanded air connectivity
- Grew Energy, to discuss green energy investment
- Delegations from JITO, Lulu Group, Gulf Islamic Investments, Sharaf DG, Tata Sons Middle East, and others
He is also scheduled to meet UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, and tour Dubai Textile City with a focus on Madhya Pradesh’s textile capabilities, including the PM MITRA Park initiative.
The day will culminate with the ‘Invest Madhya Pradesh: Dubai Business Forum and Networking Dinner’, where CM Yadav will present Madhya Pradesh as a hub of emerging opportunities to a global investor audience.
