In a press conference held in Moscow, members of an all-party Indian parliamentary delegation strongly condemned Pakistan for nurturing and promoting terrorism, asserting that the global community is suffering due to its actions. The delegation, led by Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) MP Kanimozhi, emphasized India’s commitment to fighting terrorism and called for international solidarity.

Addressing the media, Kanimozhi highlighted the spread of misinformation surrounding past terror attacks and reaffirmed India’s resilience in the face of nuclear threats. “India refuses to be blackmailed by the threat of nuclear weapons. We will fight for our integrity and stand united against terrorism,” she declared, adding that India seeks to be a global ambassador in the anti-terrorism movement.

Kanimozhi also underscored India’s long-standing partnership with Russia, expressing hope for strong support from Moscow. “India stands for peace. We hope Russia will understand and back our efforts wholeheartedly,” she said.

Joining her, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Ashok Kumar Mittal issued a scathing critique of Pakistan’s role in the proliferation of terrorism. “The whole world is suffering because of the terrorism being nurtured by Pakistan,” he stated. “India has borne the brunt, but our goal is to ensure that other nations do not endure the same. We believe in ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ — the world is one family — and we stand for peace.”

The multi-party delegation includes SP MP Rajeev Rai, BJP MP Captain Brijesh Chowta, RJD MP Prem Chand Gupta, AAP MP Ashok Kumar Mittal, and former Indian Ambassador Manjeev Singh Puri. Their diplomatic tour covers Russia, Slovenia, Greece, Latvia, and Spain, with a focus on “Operation Sindoor” and India’s steadfast resolve in combating terrorism worldwide.
