CM Yogi Credits PM Modi for Success of Maha Kumbh 2025, Over 66 Crore Devotees Participate

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has attributed the success of Maha Kumbh 2025 to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, highlighting the record participation of over 66 crore devotees during the 45-day holy event. In a post on X, CM Yogi praised PM Modi’s leadership, which he believes guided the Maha Kumbh to new heights of security, cleanliness, and management.

“Under your successful guidance, the Maha Kumbh-2025 in Prayagraj has concluded with grandeur, divinity, and a new standard of management, safety, and cleanliness,” CM Yogi wrote. He emphasized the sacred gathering that saw devotees, including revered saints and sages, taking a dip in the holy Triveni. CM Yogi also pointed out that the event united the world with the spiritual sentiment of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,’ promoting harmony and equality.

In response to PM Modi’s blog, which described the Maha Kumbh as a “Maha Yagya of unity,” CM Yogi expressed gratitude for the collective effort that made the event successful. PM Modi also commended the hard work of both the state and central government, praising the dedication of the administration, sanitation workers, police, boatmen, and citizens of Prayagraj for ensuring the event’s success.

PM Modi, in his reflection, highlighted the overwhelming unity displayed by 140 crore countrymen during the 45-day festival. He expressed his confidence in the nation’s bright future and announced plans to visit Shri Somnath to offer prayers in gratitude for the successful event.

On Thursday, CM Yogi participated in a cleanliness drive at Arail Ghat in Prayagraj, thanking everyone who contributed to the success of Maha Kumbh 2025.
