Haryana’s tableau for the Republic Day Parade 2025 will highlight the state’s progress across various sectors, emphasizing government schemes that benefit the public. The tableau, titled “Samridh Haryana-Virasat Aur Vikas” (Prosperous Haryana – Heritage and Development), will present a blend of the state’s cultural heritage and modern advancements.
The tableau features a depiction of a man operating a laptop alongside a young girl, symbolizing technological progress and education. It also includes a representation of Lord Krishna delivering the divine message of the Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna in Kurukshetra, reflecting Haryana’s cultural and spiritual heritage.
Speaking to ANI, Haryana’s Director General of Public Relations, KM Pandurang, shared insights about the tableau. “The theme of Haryana’s tableau is ‘Samridh Haryana-Virasat Aur Vikas.’ Under the leadership of the Chief Minister, we have showcased Haryana’s heritage, the development of modern infrastructure, and the contributions of our athletes,” he said.
The Republic Day Parade 2025 will also feature a tri-services tableau themed “Shashakt aur Surakshit Bharat” (Empowered and Secure India), representing the collaborative spirit and integration of the Indian Armed Forces.
This year’s parade, themed “Swarnim Bharat: Virasat aur Vikas” (Golden India: Heritage and Development), will be a unique celebration of India’s cultural diversity, military prowess, and the 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution. A total of 31 tableaux from States, Union Territories, and Central Ministries/Departments will participate. The event will culminate with a flypast by 47 aircraft and the release of balloons carrying the official logo of the Constitution’s 75th anniversary.
Tableaux from 16 States/Union Territories and 10 Union Government Ministries/Departments will reflect India’s evolving cultural inclusiveness and strengths during the 76th Republic Day Parade at Kartavya Path in New Delhi on January 26, 2025.
Indonesia’s President, Prabowo Subianto, will be the Chief Guest at this year’s parade. Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh announced that a 160-member marching contingent and a 190-member band contingent from Indonesia would participate alongside the Indian Armed Forces, symbolizing the strong bond between the two nations.
The Republic Day Parade 2025 promises to be a grand celebration of India’s past, present, and future, showcasing the country’s unity in diversity and its journey toward a prosperous future.
